Job Description: Are you a passionate and dedicated Hygienist/Therapist looking for an exciting opportunity in a well-established private dental practice? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our client in Edinburgh, offering up to £38.00 per hour for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hygiene and therapy treatments to private patients
- Educate and advise patients on oral health and preventative care
- Carry out routine hygiene treatments including scaling, polishing, and periodontal care
- Perform restorative treatments within scope of practice
- Work closely with dentists and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care
Requirements:
- GDC Registration as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist
- Diploma or Degree in Dental Hygiene and Therapy (UK recognised)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the UK
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working in a private practice environment
- Additional training in teeth whitening or airflow polishing
- Familiarity with modern digital dental systems
